Returns

We do not accept any returns at this time, we are happy to offer you an exchanges or store credit. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order via email at craftsbykj@outlook.com and we will work together to find a solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order (based on tracking number date received).
The customer is responsible for shipping cost and subject to a $5 re-stocking fee. 
All sales are final for custom and discontinued items, they do not qualify for exchanges.

Customs/
Duties

Crafts by KJ is not responsible for predicting or covering the cost of duties for international orders.  All applicable fees to be paid by purchaser.

Cancelling or
changing order

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
